Overview

FLT Drivers - Loughborough. Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated FLT Drivers at their Loughborough site.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM; 30-minute unpaid break.

Pay Rates: £13.23 per hour. Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving, checking, sorting and put-away for the full range of SKUs for the warehouse.
  • Picking, packing and shipping of customer orders (B2B, B2C).
  • Picking production orders and ensuring CP production lines flow without interruption.
  • Receiving, checking, sorting and put-away of CP finished goods.
  • Timely sortation of customer returns back to stock or for disposal.
  • Returning production overs and rejects to new stock locations/quarantine areas for disposal.
  • Relocation of product using appropriate MHE.
  • Disposal of stock as per customer requirements.
  • Maintenance of a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adherence to operational and health and safety procedures, rules and schedules.
  • Treating merchandise and company property with care.

All employees may be required to work flexibly during peak periods and to multitask across functions. Training across all functions will be provided. Employees are expected to meet agreed quality and accuracy levels while achieving hourly production rates.
