FLT Drivers - Loughborough

Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated FLT Drivers at their Loughborough location.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rates:

• £13.23 per hour
• Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking, sorting, and put-away for the full range of SKUs entering the Warehouse
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders (B2B, B2C)
• Ensuring smooth flow of production orders and lines
• Receiving, checking, sorting, and put-away of finished goods
• Sorting customer returns for stock or disposal
• Managing production overs and rejects
• Relocating products using MHE
• Disposing of stock per customer requirements
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment
• Adhering to operational and health & safety procedures
• Handling merchandise and company property with care

Additional Notes:

Flexibility in working hours during peak seasons is required. Employees will be trained across functions for multitasking and should meet quality and accuracy standards.
