VNA & MHE Driver - Fixed Shifts, Nights, Ongoing

Job summary

Fox Resourcing are recruiting experienced VNA and MHE drivers for our client based in Kettering / Burton Latimer. This is an ongoing opportunity through peak season with a chance of permanent work for the right candidates. You’ll operate VNA/MHE equipment in a busy warehouse, supporting stock movement, replenishment and general warehouse duties.

Shifts include early, mid and rotating patterns with nights 10pm–6am and a fixed schedule. Inductions are this week and roles start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Accredited FLT licence – RTITB preferred.
• Previous VNA/MHE experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes.
• Ability to work fixed or rotating shifts.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• In-house refresh available if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate VNA trucks and MHE equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support stock put-away, replenishment, and pallet movements.
• Work within fast-paced warehouse operations.
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures.
• Complete tasks accurately to maintain stock integrity.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.
