Job summary

FT Recruitment seeks a skilled VNA Driver to join our warehouse team. The role involves operating Very Narrow Aisle forklifts to efficiently manage materials handling, shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse. A strong focus on safety and accuracy under pressure is essential.

Proven experience with VNA equipment, WMS familiarity, and a practical mechanical aptitude are highly valued, along with good organisation and basic math for inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating VNA forklifts or similar narrow aisle equipment in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment repairs or troubleshooting.
• Experience with materials handling, load & unload operations, and shipping & receiving processes.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and measurements.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking within the warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations is essential.
