FT Recruitment seeks a skilled VNA Driver to join our warehouse team. The role involves operating Very Narrow Aisle forklifts to efficiently manage materials handling, shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse. A strong focus on safety and accuracy under pressure is essential.

Proven experience with VNA equipment, WMS familiarity, and a practical mechanical aptitude are highly valued, along with good organisation and basic math for inventory counts.

• Proven experience operating VNA forklifts or similar narrow aisle equipment in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment repairs or troubleshooting.
• Experience with materials handling, load & unload operations, and shipping & receiving processes.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and measurements.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking within the warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating VNA forklifts to efficiently manage materials handling, shipping, and receiving tasks within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. The VNA Driver plays a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety.

• Proven experience operating VNA forklifts or similar narrow aisle equipment in a warehouse setting.
