Job summary

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a VNA FLT Operative for our client based in Byley.

As a VNA FLT Driver your working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00, with duties including moving pallets in narrow-aisle racking, loading and unloading, stock picking, recording movements, and maintaining housekeeping.

You will need a valid VNA FLT licence, safety-focused approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• VNA licence or recognised training required.
• Experience operating VNA trucks preferred.
• Able to work safely in narrow aisles and at height.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a VNA forklift to move and store pallets within narrow-aisle racking.
• Load and unload pallets from designated storage locations.
• Pick and retrieve stock from racking according to instructions.
• Transport finished products and materials between production and warehouse areas.
• Carry out basic checks on the FLT before use and report faults or damage.
• Ensure pallets are stable, correctly positioned, and stored safely.
• Follow warehouse procedures, traffic routes, and safety requirements.
• Scan and record stock movements using warehouse systems where required.
• Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse/storage areas.
• Work safely around other FLTs, pedestrians, and equipment; follow site procedures.
