Job summary

Job Advert is seeking a VNA Forklift driver for a Biggleswade-based role. You will work on a Monday to Friday rotating shift from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, earning £13.44 per hour with a shift premium after 13 weeks.

Responsibilities include goods in, loading/unloading, pallet handling, container unloading, and stock put-away. Previous warehouse and PPT/VNA forklift experience are preferred, with good communication and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments and ability to operate PPT and VNA forklifts.
• Good communication and strong attention to detail are required.
• Experience with loading/unloading and goods-in processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Goods in – booking in deliveries and goods.
• Manually pick and move up to 25 kg boxes/bags.
• Load and unload items as required.
• Load pallets onto trailers using PPT and/or VNA licence.
• Manual lifting as part of daily tasks.
• Put away stock in allocated areas.
• Maintain stock accuracy with careful attention to detail.
• Assist with container unloading.
• Wrap pallets for transport.

Duties of a VNA Forklift driver

• Goods in - booking in deliveries and goods)
• Manually picking and moving up to 25kg boxes/bags
• Loading and unloading
• Loading pallets onto designated trailers using PPT and or VNA licence
• Manual lifting
• Putting away stock
• Attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy
• Container unloading
• Pallet wrapping

What we would like from you:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous experience of PPT
• Previous experience of VNA forklift is preferred
