Siamo Recruitment, a division of Siamo Group, is recruiting for a VNA Driver at Magna Park, Lutterworth. You will operate a Very Narrow Aisle forklift in a busy distribution centre, loading and stacking stock, and supporting daily warehouse tasks.

You must hold a valid VNA licence and have experience in VNA operation, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. The role offers a temporary-to-permanent path with a consistent Monday to Friday 14:00–22:00 shift and an immediate start.

Responsabilités

• Safely operating a VNA forklift within a busy warehouse and distribution environment.
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Moving pallets and stock to and from designated storage locations.
• Placing and retrieving pallets from high-level racking.
• Picking and replenishing stock as required.
• Ensuring goods are stored accurately and securely.
• Following warehouse procedures and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Carrying out daily checks on the VNA truck and reporting any defects or issues.
• Working closely with warehouse colleagues to maintain an efficient operation.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Meeting productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high standards of safety.
• Completing any additional warehouse duties as required by the management team.

About the Role

Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA Driver to join a well-established and busy distribution centre based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is confident operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift and is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.

You will be joining a friendly and professional warehouse team, supporting the day-to-day movement, storage and organisation of stock within the distribution centre.

Working Hours
