Job Title: VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Drivers

Job Summary:

AM 2 PM Recruitment is seeking experienced VNA Drivers to join our client’s warehouse team. In this role, you will operate VNA forklifts to efficiently store, move, and retrieve palletised goods within a high-density warehouse environment. This position is ideal for safety-focused professionals who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings.

You must have an accredited license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate VNA trucks to store and retrieve goods in high-density racking systems.
2. Accurately follow pick lists, stock sheets, and inventory management systems to locate and move stock.
3. Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
4. Ensure that products are handled carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
5. Support general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and loading as required.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid VNA truck license/certification (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
2. Proven experience as a VNA driver in a busy warehouse environment.
3. Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
4. Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy loads as needed.
5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
