Job summary

Cathay Group is looking for an experienced VNA Driver to join our warehouse team in Wellesbourne. You will operate a Very Narrow Aisle truck to move goods safely in a fast-paced environment, while keeping accurate stock records and supporting team communication.

Essential is a valid VNA license; previous warehouse experience is ideal. Weekly pay applies, with 10% shift allowance for Afternoon shifts and 20% for Night shifts, plus opportunities for overtime and potential permanent placement.

Are you an experienced VNA Driver looking for a new opportunity? We have an opening for a skilled and reliable VNA Driver to join our team in Wellesbourne.

The Role

You'll be a key part of our warehouse team, operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck to safely and efficiently move goods in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Operating a VNA truck to put away, retrieve, and move stock within the warehouse.
• Performing daily safety checks on your vehicle.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and the wider team.

Shift Pattern & Pay Rate

Pay: £13.20 per hour + 10% Shift Allowance bonus for Afternoon Shifts and/or 20% Shift Allowance for Night Shifts.
