Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a VNA Driver to join our client's busy warehouse and distribution operation in Telford. You will safely operate VNA forklift trucks, load and unload goods, and move stock within the warehouse to support timely order fulfilment.

The role offers 12.94 per hour, fixed shifts on a 3 on 3 off pattern, and a temp-to-perm pathway with full training and on-site parking. Ideal candidates hold a valid VNA license, have warehouse experience, and are reliable and physically fit.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and in‑date VNA license.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating VNA forklift trucks.
• Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Moving, storing and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• Completing put‑away and order‑picking duties accurately.
• Checking goods for damage and reporting any issues.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets.

3 on 3 off, and the hours of work are:

- 6am to 6pm

Your Time at Work

As a VNA Driver your duties include:
