Randstad Technologies is seeking a senior VMware SME on a 6-month UK contract with potential extension. Roles include acting as the technical authority for design, deployment and optimization of critical virtualization infra in secure, public-sector environments. Onsite work in Farnborough, Erskine, or Newcastle.

Required deep VMware expertise, vSphere 7.x/8.x, and active DV clearance; VCPS/VCAP-desirable. Previous work in highly regulated environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive VMware SME experience in secure environments.
• Hands-on expertise with VMWare vSphere and vCenter.
• DV clearance active preferred.
• Experience delivering in highly regulated environments.

We are seeking a senior VMWare SME for a highly secure UK public sector project. You will act as the technical authority for the design, deployment, and optimization of critical virtualization infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter) within a high-assurance environment.

Key Requirements:

• Deep architectural and hands-on expertise as a VMWare SME.
• VMWare vSphere (7.x/8.x) mastery.
• VCP-DCV certification (VCAP highly desirable).
• Proven background delivering within highly regulated, secure environments.
