Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a VM manager to join our Store Design & VM team. This role reports to the Head of Store Design & VM. If you're passionate about creating captivating customer experiences and translating brand vision into stunning visual displays, this role is for you! You will craft layouts, strategize product placements, and bring our brand story to life with every display. The Role

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Designing immersive visual layouts reflecting campaigns and seasons.
  • Transforming concepts into stunning displays that highlight key products.
  • Creating visual guides to ensure brand consistency across locations.
  • Setting up and refreshing displays efficiently.
  • Researching trends and analyzing data to keep displays fresh.
  • Collaborating with marketing, retail, and design teams.
  • Training and inspiring store teams on design concepts.
  • Sourcing materials within budget and building supplier relationships.
  • Executing visual merchandising activities cost-effectively.
  • Ensuring displays embody our brand ethos and deliver impactful customer experiences.
Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven expertise in visual merchandising, preferably in beauty retail environments.
  • Experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is highly desirable.
  • Relevant education in visual merchandising.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ambition and eagerness for a challenge.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp.
