A family-owned vineyard in Kent is looking for an apprentice to gain hands-on experience in various vineyard tasks such as pruning, spraying, and harvesting. The role provides a safe and fun workplace, focusing on education as well as inclusivity and cultural diversity. The apprenticeship lasts for 24 months and involves both weekday and weekend work.
We are a family owned vineyard in a beautiful AONB area of Kent. The apprentice will get experience of everything from pruning, spraying to harvesting. They will be involved in taking soil and leaf samples. As a new vineyard we provide a safe, educational and fun workplace. We have an inclusive working environment and champion different cultures.
Course: Crop technician (level 3)
Level: 3
Route: Agriculture, environmental and animal care
Apprenticeship Level: Advanced
Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm. There will be some weekend work.
Expected Duration: 24 Months
