Job Description
As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will oversee the implementation of a cohesive customer journey across stores, adhering to ARKET standards and guidelines. You will support a team of Visual Merchandisers in your designated stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through extensive knowledge of trends, products, and styling.
- Ensure a strong store experience and clear customer journey to maximize sales.
- Analyze sales data and service results to direct visual strategies.
- Lead and motivate your Visual Merchandiser team to maintain high visual standards.
- Coordinate visual changes with store management and define customer pathways.
- Identify talent and develop their growth plans.
- Set and train the team on visual merchandising standards, product stories, and inspiration.
- Maintain communication with Area Visual and provide feedback to the team.
Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Experience with window displays, mannequins, and operational routines.
- Ability to make data-driven VM decisions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Leadership experience is advantageous.
