The Lacoste Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Lead to elevate our flagship store. You will translate the Lacoste brand into outstanding product presentation, drive commercial excellence, and collaborate with the management team to maximise sales and the customer experience.

Lead seasonal launches, floor moves, and window displays while coaching the VM team to ensure flawless execution.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Lead seasonal launches, floor moves, window displays, and merchandising updates.
• Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Coach and develop the VM team to ensure consistent execution of VM standards.
• Ensure the store is always visit-ready for stakeholders and key business partners.
• Partner with senior management to deliver commercial and visual objectives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations and Back of House teams to ensure effective stock flow and presentation.
• Support key trading events, including occasional night shifts for launches and sales periods.
