Job summary

Primark in the United Kingdom is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store displays and the brand's visual strategy. You will partner with the Regional VM Manager to deliver standout windows and compelling store layouts.

You will manage a VM team, coach colleagues, and drive sales through creative presentation, ensuring consistency across stores and alignment with Primark’s fashion-forward vision.

Salary: £39,709 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

• Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate and be engaging.
• Encourage and coach your team in developing their talent for design, colour, and style.
• Excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends.
• Understanding of visual / spatial awareness.
