Job summary

Primark Bristol is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store and window displays, shaping the customer experience and reinforcing the brand across the store.

You will manage a VM team, collaborate with store management, and work with the Regional VM Manager to align initiatives with global standards. This role offers a dynamic, people-first environment with opportunities to grow through digital learning and apprenticeships within a global fashion retailer.

Location: Primark -Bristol
Salary: £44,156 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with the Regional VM Manager when required.
