Job summary

K2 Recruitment Limited is hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager for a luxury brand flagship store in Bicester. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional visual standards, driving commercial performance and leading a small team.

The position offers £34,000-£38,000 per annum with a 40-hour week across 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. You will plan seasonal launches and collaborate with management to optimise displays and sales.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience within premium fashion retail.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Organised and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or similar systems is beneficial.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join a luxury retail environment in Bicester. This Visual Merchandising Manager role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual standards, commercial performance, and team development.

Offering £34,000-£38,000 per annum hours of work will consist of 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and 40 hours per week.
