Job summary

RJUK is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Lead to oversee window displays across our retail estate. Based at Head Office with hybrid working, you will oversee briefing design agencies and translating concepts into shop-ready executions.

You will develop layout principles, produce VM guidelines, manage budgets and plan resources for future openings and refurbishments. Regular site visits will keep you close to customer needs and feedback, while collaborating with Cluster Managers and

• Experience leading VM across a retail estate.
• Confident project leader with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Skilled in producing design-led printed materials and working with external suppliers.
• Highly organised, proactive and customer-focused.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, enthusiastic approach.
• IT literate (Excel & PowerPoint) and willing to travel across the UK.
