Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in London is offering a Visual Merchandising Internship for 1 year, starting January 2027. You will support the VM team to ensure brand values are reflected in-store visuals.

The role involves assisting with launches, monitoring flagship stores, budget tracking, POSM management, and collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams. Ideal candidates have Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Excel, PowerPoint, and a creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting visual merchandising activities is a plus.
• Strong eye for brand visuals and store presentation.
• Proficiency with design and office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across VM, Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist VM Manager with regular Counter Launches throughout the year.
• Assist team with launches across the UK and pop ups when needed.
• Support and manage projects from design to activation, within brand guidelines, on time and within budget.
• Weekly checks of West-End/Flagship stores and feedback on VM or maintenance issues.
• Manage the budget tracker, raising Po’s and handling supplier invoices.
• POSM / Tester order management.
• Tracker setup (ROI, supplier cost analysis).
• Monthly competitor analysis.
• Collaborate closely within the team.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Support and assist the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure the Dior brand values/messages are maintained and are consistent in store.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist VM Manager with regular Counter Launches throughout the year.
