Role Overview

The VM Specialist's main responsibility is to deliver visual merchandising standards, rate card updates, brand installations, and new launches across the store. With a passion and enthusiasm for visual merchandising, they will liaise closely with the store management team, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and to brand expectations.

They must aim to deliver:

  • A visually inspiring and inviting store environment across all VM guidelines
  • A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and policies
Key Responsibilities

  • Attract new customers through our brands
  • Deliver installations, rate card activations, and brand launches on time
  • Understand the impact that visual merchandising has on the acquisition of new customers and driving KPIs
  • Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
  • Flexibility to work out of hours to support visual merchandising updates, launch new brands, events, and promotions

  • Deliver a visually inspiring and easy-to-shop store experience
  • When necessary, be able to support the Customer First service journey

  • Work as one team to ensure a visually inspiring store is delivered consistently
