Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Retail Assistant for a short-term assignment in Northallerton. You will help keep the store well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring displays are attractive and standards are met.

Key duties include unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, pricing and tagging, monitoring stock levels, and delivering friendly customer service. The role runs from 19/10/26 to 19/12/26, with £12.71 per hour paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tidy, visually attractive product displays following merchandising guidelines.
• Unpack deliveries, sort stock, and ensure items are priced and tagged correctly.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or replenishment needs.
• Keep clothing areas clean and presentable for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
