Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Retail Assistant in Woodbridge to help keep the store well-stocked, organized and visually appealing. You will play a key role in maintaining product displays and delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will unpack deliveries, price and tag items, monitor stock levels, and support colleagues to meet daily targets. This fixed-term role runs from 19/10/26 to 19/12/26, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high presentation standards.
• Customer-first attitude with good communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tidy and visually attractive product displays, following merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with unpacking deliveries, sorting stock, and ensuring items are accurately priced and tagged.
• Monitor stock levels, reporting low stock or replenishment needs to the management team.
• Ensure that clothing areas are clean and presentable, contributing to an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet the daily operational needs of the store and achieve performance targets.
