A leading fashion retailer in London is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Manager to oversee the visual presentation and team management in-store. This role is crucial for enhancing the customer shopping experience by implementing brand standards. Ideal candidates should have extensive visual merchandising experience and a leadership background. Additional benefits include staff discounts and participation in incentive programs.
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Sutton store. Visual Merchandiser Managers do more than just style our fashion according to H&M guidelines. They also work with the Store Management team to maximise sales alongside coaching and identifying new talent through their leadership. The VM helps make our stores inspirational and creates the best shopping experience for both customers and colleagues.
