This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M St James Quarter, Edinburgh.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. Implement the visual identity, drive routines, sales, and support the team to deliver a customer-first experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity according to H&M guidelines.
  • Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
  • Follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach business targets, goals, and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in visual merchandising and management
  • A passion for profitability and people

Availability: 5 days, fully flexible, including weekends.
