Job summary

H&M Newry in Newry, Northern Ireland is recruiting a Visual Merchandiser for a permanent full-time 39-hour week. The role requires 7 days flexibility, including weekends, to support high seasonal demand and in-store events.

You will implement visual standards to create a consistent customer experience and drive commercial excellence across the store. You will analyse performance, coach colleagues with trend insights, and ensure garment care while collaborating with management.

This is a permanent full-time 39 hours position based in the H&M Newry store. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you will drive both your success and the company’s success.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
