Visual Merchandiser - Liverpool Lord Street

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 39 hours per week, based in the H&M Liverpool Lord Street store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring environment that encourages customers to explore their personal style. Your role involves implementing the visual identity, driving routines, supporting selling activities, and assisting the team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Create a visual identity in the store aligned with H&M guidelines to achieve a customer-first experience.
• Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
• Monitor Store KPIs and initiate actions to achieve business targets, goals, and budgets.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in visual merchandising and management.
• A passion for profitability and people.

Availability is required 7 days a week, including weekends, with full flexibility.
