JOB DESCRIPTION

*Must have some visual merchandising experience*

As a VMR (Visual Merchandiser Responsible) Keyholder at Levi's, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.

Key parts of the role:

1. Uphold the visual look and feel of the store daily
2. Make commercial data-backed decisions to drive revenue through the store's visual merchandising
3. Deliver excellent customer service through teamwork and brand values
4. Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties
5. Maintain Levi's visual standards daily
6. Ensure strong visual standards across the store
7. Assist with deliveries and stock room organization
8. Responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent

Sharing our values, being passionate about the brand, and supporting KPI and sales targets are essential. Experience in managing a team on the shop floor is also required.
