Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser based near Tesco New Malden in the KT3 4PJ area to join our field merchandising team. You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are consistently well stocked, creating eye‑catching displays that drive sales.

You’ll work 12 hours per week on set shifts (Monday and Wednesday 08:00–12:00 and Thursday 08:00–12:00) with ad hoc additional hours by agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Are willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you'll be paid extra to do so)
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is required

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Standards: follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and health and safety guidance.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: arrange products on shelves to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: set up displays and signage to communicate prices and offers.
• Maintain good relationships with instore colleagues, particularly store managers.
• Provide feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
