Job Description

This is a permanent position, offering 39 hours per week. This position is based in the H&M Hayes store, in Lombardy Retail Park.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. You will implement the visual identity, drive routines, support selling, and assist the team in delivering a Customer First Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity according to H&M guidelines.
2. Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
3. Ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are always followed.
4. Follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach business targets, goals, and budgets.
