Job description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Didcot store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. Your role includes implementing the visual identity, driving routines, supporting selling efforts, and assisting the team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • You support the store in achieving a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity in accordance with H&M guidelines.
  • You support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • You ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
  • You monitor Store KPIs and initiate actions to meet our business targets, goals, and budgets.

  • Experience in Visual Merchandising and management
