Job Opportunity: Visual Merchandiser – Deco at H&M White City

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, based at the H&M White City store in Westfield White City.

Role Overview: As a Visual Merchandiser – Deco, you will collaborate with VM & store teams to create inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling within our flagship store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute inspiring commercial customer experiences through windows and styling.
2. Implement the long-term omni-channel strategy in collaboration with VM specialists and store teams.
3. Maximize sales and identify commercial opportunities.
4. Provide fashion knowledge and training tools to support product presentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in visual merchandising and management.
• A passion for profitability and team development.
• Exceptional fashion knowledge.
