This is a temporary position offering 39 hours per week based in the H&M Cardiff store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. You will implement the visual identity, drive routines, support selling, and assist the team in delivering a customer-first experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience by creating a visual identity according to H&M guidelines.
• Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
• Monitor store KPIs and initiate actions to meet business targets, goals, and budgets.
