The White Company in Manchester is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to bring the brand to life through inspiring product presentation and creative execution. You will work with store teams and Area Visual Managers to deliver visual excellence that supports sales and a premium customer experience.

You’ll create calm, inviting displays, implement weekly visual focus, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.

Qualifications

Experience in a visual merchandising or retail environment.
Organised, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicating and working collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

Create calm, inspiring visual displays that reflect The White Company brand and seasonal direction.
Ensure product presentation supports customer navigation, storytelling, and purchasing decisions.
Deliver consistent visual standards across the store, helping customers feel inspired and confident in their choices.
Use visual detail and layout to enhance the overall shopping experience and brand perception.
Execute and maintain all visual merchandising and window displays in line with company guidelines.
Implement weekly visual focus actions and ensure alignment with current campaigns and priorities.
Travel to other locations to support new store openings or model store setups as needed.
