Location: Covering Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Biggleswade & Rushden

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + bonus of up to £750

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple store locations.
  • Identify commercial and visual opportunities and provide feedback to store teams.
  • Develop and support regional visual merchandising strategies and seasonal layouts.
  • Coach and upskill store teams through hands-on training and workshops.
  • Collaborate with store management to maintain top-tier merchandising standards.
  • Play a key role in new store openings and enhancement projects.

You'll Fit Right In If You:

  • Have experience in premium visual merchandising including window displays, mannequin styling, and store layout planning.
  • Have a background in large store or field visual merchandising and use data to make commercial decisions.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and influence teams.
  • Are creative, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional merchandising standards.
  • Are adaptable, organized, and open to travel and overnight stays when required.
