VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Location: Primark White City, London

Salary: £14.58 per hour

Employment type: Permanent

Job type: Full Time (Flexible shifts on Rota Basis)

Contracted hours: 37.5 per week

Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends – all will be discussed at interview

Purpose of Role:

• To be an ambassador for Visual Merchandising within the store.
• Implement and deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand, to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales through visual techniques.

Reports to:

Visual Merchandising Manager / Visual Merchandising Supervisor / Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with VM Manager / VM Supervisor / Store Manager to deliver VM look and feel across the store.
• Influence and guide store teams.
• Lead by example and aim to be seen as an expert within the store.

Brand:

• Implement campaigns in a timely and effective manner as instructed by company guidelines and in line with instructions from VM Manager / VM Supervisor / Store Manager.
• Be knowledgeable of product range, equipment, stock density, and linear efficiencies to influence decision-making in store.
• Implement the Store of Excellence standard within your store.

Operations:

• Manage POS.
• Work with store management teams to implement floor moves.
• Liaise with store management to ensure effective stock maintenance related to VM displays (planning, awareness of stock availability, and ordering systems).
