Job summary

TrustFord in Coleraine is seeking a visually minded Visual Merchandiser to maintain high presentation standards for used stock and ensure accurate, compelling adverts. You will manage stock imagery, data entry, and forecourt presentation while collaborating with the team to meet targets and deadlines.

The role requires IT proficiency (MS Office and DMS), a valid driving licence, and a keen eye for detail with strong customer service orientation. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be IT proficient in MS Office products, dealer DMS systems and other web based apps.
• Full valid driving licence is required.
• Experience working with vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail.
• Positive attitude to customer service and understanding customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all used car adverts are accurate with high quality descriptions to promote enquiries and sales.
• Maintain and update high quality images and videos for all used car stock.
• Update the dealer management system with new information, data and vehicle images.
• Conduct site reviews with the line manager and ensure vehicle/ forecourt presentation standards are met by the team.
• Manage incoming stock purchases and capture/record all vehicle data for promotion/advertising.

We are looking for someone who is IT proficient in MS Office products, dealer DMS systems and other web based Apps and programs. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all used car adverts are accurate and have a high quality description to promote enquires and sales. You'll maintain and ensure high quality images and videos are taken of all used car stock and constantly update the dealer management computer system with new information, data and vehicle images. You will maintain and be responsible for site reviews with the line manager and take appropriate action to ensure all vehicle and forecourt presentation standards are consistently met by the used car team. The successful candidate will also manage incoming stock purchases ensuring that all vehicle data and key information is captured and recorded accurately for onward vehicle promotion / advertising.
