Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Keyholder at our Regent Street store in London to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor.

You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly during your shifts, including opening and closing when management isn’t present. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, coach stylists, drive sales targets, oversee stock and merchandising, and uphold high brand standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts – including opening and closing when management are not present.

• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment
