Job Description:

Adecco Newbury is seeking Packing Operators/Visual Inspectors to join a client in Swindon (SN3) as soon as possible for 12 weeks, with potential extension. Flexibility on shifts is required; shifts are 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £12.60 per hour, with overtime potentially available. Relevant experience should be highlighted on your CV.

Duties:
  • Set up, clean, and operate production lines
  • Perform visual inspection of manufactured products
  • Complete BMRs
  • Clean area and equipment
  • Monitor equipment status and report faults or issues to supervision
  • Ensure work and documentation comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Follow company rules, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain competency through training and experience
  • Keep work area tidy and clean
  • Conduct manual inspection of products and be trained for visual inspection
  • Support project validation work
  • Operate airlocks and cleaning systems
  • Assist in basic equipment maintenance as needed
You must have:
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment (desirable)
  • Experience working in a clean room, understanding aseptic manufacturing and filling (desirable)
  • Passion for quality and customer service
  • Good team player, organized, accurate, with strong documentation skills
  • Participate in continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work methodically
  • Good eyesight, not color blind
  • Patience for high-quality product inspection
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Ability to handle materials up to 5kg with reasonable adjustments if required
