A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Visual NDT Technician, you will conduct visual inspections, identify non-conforming parts, and ensure compliance with testing standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customer inspectors while supporting process improvements, final release inspections, and the development of new inspection methods.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Perform visual NDT inspections and report findings accurately.
  • Identify and document non-conforming parts, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for visual testing with customers and engineering teams.
  • Support final release inspections, quality system improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement new inspection technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain workplace organisation through 5S and TPM activities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Visual NDT Technician or Inspector.
  • Minimum Level 2 certification in ISO 9712 or EN4179 visual testing.
  • Proficiency in equipment setup, standardisation, and system performance checks.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspection standards.
  • Familiarity with video/borescopes, inspection datacards, and IT systems (ERP, MS Office, CAD).
  • Knowledge of castings, additive manufacturing, and machined components (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience mentoring trainees and supporting inspection processes.
