Visual Designer, F&B:
Location: London Headquarters, UK
Reports to: Visual Design Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Your role @ CHANEL:
Design, produce, and support all trade and promotional activities for F&B UK and Travel Retail. Design internal F&B events, create local initiatives, uphold brand image, and support PR and training events. Assist the graphic designer and support the UK region with overflow design capacity.
The role collaborates closely with other designers, the graphic designer, and various UK departments including marketing, retail, travel retail, and PR. Responsibilities include creating designs for global and local concepts, from initial design to installation, covering large conferences, retail events, internal marketing, and social events. Support may also extend to global corporate projects and overflow of projects within the UK region.

- Design, produce, and support trade and promotional activities, providing creative solutions to marketing and retail teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing 3D concepts for retail spaces based on global guidelines.
- Creating design proposals and layouts in 2D and 3D (SketchUp required).
- Managing projects from design through installation and derig.
- Designing sustainable retail and event materials considering environmental impact and budget.
- Collaborating with design and VM teams to ensure high standards.
- Producing campaign collateral within global brand guidelines.
- Artworking, layout, and communication for ongoing projects.
- Maintaining supplier relationships.
Internal event design:
- Creating engaging designs for internal events in collaboration with departments.
- Designing high-profile PR events, managing from concept to derig.
- Developing technical layouts and coordinating with suppliers.
- Ensuring sustainability and end-of-life considerations.
Additional responsibilities:
- Supporting the graphic designer with print documents.
- Assisting field merchandisers and wider design team daily.
- Logistics and storage support for the Queensway display team.
- Managing workflows, timelines, and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- Preferably 1+ year industry experience.
- Interest in retail and VM design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and VRAY (or similar rendering software).
- Design qualification desirable.
- Sustainable design mindset.
- Fluent in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work remotely and commute to London as needed.
