Job Overview:

MSK are seeking a committed and competent 3D 4D Designer / BIM & Visualisation Artist to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate would be proficient in software such as Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, and Cinema 4D, and capable of producing construction-ready BIM models, detailed renderings, and high-impact visual presentations that support coordination, planning, and client engagement across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed BIM models.
• Produce detailed 3D visualisations and animations involving construction projects.
• Support project teams by providing visual communication tools, including 4D construction sequencing, site logistics models, and phasing visuals.
• Translate 2D construction drawings and specifications into 3D digital assets for visualisation.
• Collaborate with the Pre Construction Team to ensure models reflect proposed construction and logistic delivery methods and constraints.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of visualisation workflows, asset libraries, and rendering pipelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using software such as 3ds Max, Blender, and Cinema 4D.
• Proficient in software such as 3ds Max, Blender, and Cinema 4D for modelling, rendering, and animation.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, sequencing, and phasing processes.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines when submissions are due.
