The Job

The needs of the user are everything to us, and how those needs are served falls under our Product teams. They’re fact-finders, builders, and ideators of easy-to-use, information-rich resources across our platform. Along with Analytics teams, they explore the ‘why’ to create unrivalled user experiences.

Embark on a transformative design journey with our team of three seasoned designers and a visual lead, each boasting 9+ years of expertise in graphic design, illustration, and localisation. Become part of our Visual Design Department, comprising 20+ designers dedicated to crafting visual elements within the app.

As we grow, we're seeking a Visual Designer with a creative spark and passion for women’s health. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, content editors, analysts, and UX researchers. Under the mentorship of our Head of Visual and Visual Lead, you'll innovate and shape the visual narrative across app segments: Community, Localisation, Web, and Chatbot.

Your Experience

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design for web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in creating and enhancing illustrations for visual content
• Strong understanding of composition, colour science, and current design trends
• Effective communication and articulation of design decisions
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for non-native speakers

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with femtech industry or interest in women’s health
• Experience in UI design and UX principles
• Background in UX research, visual experiments, and A/B testing
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Understanding of branding and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
• Animation skills for creating engaging animated content

What you'll be doing

• Balance creative innovation with brand consistency

Salary Range

London: £50,000—£60,000 gross per year

Vilnius: €3,000—€3,600 gross per month

Ranges vary based on skills and experience.
