About the Role:

Are you a Visual Content Specialist that can elevate how we tell our story, communicate our capability and solutions? Are you a creative, hands-on person that can innovatively blend video production, design, and content marketing. Can you create visually engaging content that reaches out directly to engineers, product and marketing professionals, users and decision-makers in the B2B space across a wide range of industries?

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content Creation

• Produce engaging video and photographic content—from studio shoots and product demos to expert interviews and animations.
• Design compelling visual assets for use across digital channels, product launches, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Translate technical and engineering concepts into clear, impactful visuals, infographics, and slide decks.
• Manage all aspects of content production: planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality creative outputs.

Campaign & Content Marketing

• Draft short-form written content to support your visuals—blogs, social media posts, and carousels.
• Manage and grow our influence across video channels e.g. YouTube, including optimisation and content re-purposing.
• Coordinate social media schedules and execute regular posting across multiple relevant platforms.
• Collaborate extremely closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams to align messaging and visual storytelling.

This role will involve regular in person time in our office in Slough, where you will have access to a media suite for photography/video creation.

About You:

• Proven experience in video production, photography, and editing - from concept to completion.
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
• Strong design sense and the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, visually appealing content.
• Creative copy writing skills with a good grasp of brand tone and messaging.
• Well-organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating cross functionally
• Comfortable and capable of working independently when needed.
