Location: Kenilworth Castle, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 1NE

Salary: £24,827 pro rata / 36 hours per week February - October, 21 hours per week November - January / Permanent

The Role

We are seeking a Visitor Welcome and Retail Supervisor to join our team. The role involves working 36 hours per week from February to October and 21 hours per week from November to January. Your hours will vary throughout the year, but your pay will be annualized to ensure consistent income. Further details will be discussed at interview.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about engaging face-to-face with visitors, coaching team members, and delivering an engaging visitor experience. A focus on promoting and selling memberships is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead the welcome team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Engage visitors and inspire them to become members, helping them to enjoy more at our properties
  • Ensure all visitors have a positive experience from arrival to departure
Candidate Requirements
  1. Drive to succeed and thrive on exceeding targets as part of a team
  2. Understanding of excellent customer care and visitor service principles
  3. Comfortable using basic technology
  4. Willingness to follow site procedures, overcome obstacles, and problem-solve
