A leading heritage charity is seeking a Visitor Welcome and Retail Supervisor at Kenilworth Castle. We are seeking a Visitor Welcome and Retail Supervisor to join our team. The role involves working 36 hours per week from February to October and 21 hours per week from November to January. Your hours will vary throughout the year, but your pay will be annualized to ensure consistent income. Further details will be discussed at interview.
This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about engaging face-to-face with visitors, coaching team members, and delivering an engaging visitor experience. A focus on promoting and selling memberships is essential.
