Salary: £31,637 to £36,130 per annum, depending on relevant experience

Job Type: Full Time (1 FTE), Permanent. 28 hours per week

The Role:

The Centre for Engagement is seeking to appoint a Visitor Services Supervisor.

The Centre for Engagement is one of The University's cultural institutions responsible for engaging visitors with the science, heritage, and culture of Jodrell Bank and the wider university. Established in 2011, it welcomes around 160,000 visitors annually. Jodrell Bank was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019, recognizing its significant heritage, scientific, and cultural impact.

This role within our Visitor Services team will focus on delivering excellent visitor service, supporting the Centre's commercial operations, and retail activities, especially following the launch of the First Light Pavilion.

The position is based in the busy visitor center, working four days a week (Wednesday to Saturday), including routine weekend duty management, office, and retail administration.

We are seeking passionate individuals committed to high standards of customer service and care, with strong administrative skills and prior supervisory experience.
