Job description

Job Title: Visitor Services Supervisor

Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement, part of The University of Manchester, is seeking to appoint a Visitor Services Supervisor.

About Us: Jodrell Bank is a renowned cultural institution responsible for engaging visitors with science, heritage, and culture. Established in 2011, it welcomes approximately 160,000 visitors annually and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019.

Role Overview: This position involves delivering excellent visitor service, supporting commercial operations, and managing retail activities at the newly launched First Light Pavilion. The role is based in the Planet Pavilion and requires working 4 days a week (Wednesday to Saturday), including routine weekend duty management, along with office and retail administration.

Candidate Profile: We seek passionate individuals committed to high standards of customer care, with strong administrative skills and supervisory experience.
