We are currently recruiting for a Visitor Services Duty Manager for a historic family home and estate in the Oxfordshire countryside, close to Henley on Thames.

The venue welcomes over 100,000 visitors a year, with a wide range of guests visiting the 12th-century house & beautiful gardens, children's adventure playground, and a lively calendar of events including jousting, car shows, fairs, and seasonal celebrations.

Our client is looking to recruit a friendly, outgoing, and 'hands-on' Visitor Services Duty Manager to join their small but dedicated Visitor Services team, overseeing the day-to-day visitor operations across the estate.

The successful candidate will lead the front of house team and oversee retail and catering operations at the site to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
