Hopetown Darlington, a new visitor attraction, features a wagon-themed play park, immersive experience ride, gallery, touring exhibitions, a state-of-the-art museum, festivals, and events. The site includes a café and shop, celebrating Darlington’s rail heritage, expected to attract over 300,000 visitors annually.

As a Visitor Experience Team member, you will deliver excellent customer service, welcoming diverse visitors and working across various areas of the venue including the museum, outdoor play area, immersive ride, and during events. You should be energetic, personable, and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
